Hunting with a drone is prohibited!
According to the quebec.ca website on sport hunting activities, it's forbidden to usedrones for hunting.
Whether you're in a National or Provincial Park, or even on your own land, it's forbidden.
Here's part of the provincial law:
The vehicle used for hunting is governed by specific rules.
It is forbidden to :
hunt, injure or wilfully kill an animal using a vehicle, aircraft or motorized watercraft;
use an aircraft to locate or bring down animals for hunting;
hunting migratory birds by means of an aircraft, sailboat, motorboat, motor vehicle ordraught animal. Migratory bird hunting from a motorized boat is permitted only when the engine is stopped and the boat has stopped moving. However, a motor boat may be used to retrieve a dead or wounded migratory bird;

Using drones is a popular and practical pastime in many industries. However, drone salso pose risks and can disturb wildlife and visitors. For these reasons, Parks Canada strictly limits drone use.
Anyone using a drone without park or site approval is subject to enforcement action and a fine of up to $25,000.
All Parks Canada sites are areas where drones are prohibited for recreational purposes. If you do not have a permit or special authorization to fly a drone on a Parks Canada site, please leave your device at home.
